About Tamara  
Tamara Wojcik L.M.T., resides in Vestal, NY with her
husband Brian and six children.   Tamara attended the
Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, completing
over 1,000 hours of training and receiving certification in
Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy.  Tamara is
licensed by the state of NY and PA in Massage Therapy.    
A variety of services to address tension, muscle pain and
chronic conditions, as well as general relaxation
promoting overall wellness are offered.     Having had six
children  herself, Tamara knows how the aches and pains
of pregnancy can affect todays' mother to be.  Pregnancy
massage helps with edema, muscle pain and stiffness,
aches in the weight bearing joints such as the lower back,
hips, and knees. Tamara takes a gentle approach to deep
tissue massage, offering the benefits of deep tissue
without pain and soreness.  An aromatherapy session can
be chosen to afford an integrated experience for your
Body & Soul. You can also choose a full hot stone
massage with Tamara.  A number of options can be added
to your session, such as paraffin treatments, dry brushing
of the skin, or a hot oil infusion for the hair and scalp.  
Couples get-away packages are available, as well as spa
parties for weddings or any special occasion.  When you

your day to relax, unwind and be pampered as the studio
